OK, I see what happens.
JSS 3.0 build instructions point to NSS 3.2 build instructions.
When we changed the NSS build procedure in NSS 3.2.1, we did
not create a new URL for NSS 3.2.1 build instructions. Instead,
we just reused the URL for NSS 3.2 build instructions. This
breaks the JSS 3.0 build instructions.
The lesson is that we should not "recycle" URLs.
I guess that if you replace "NSS_3_2_RTM" by "NSS_3_2_1_RTM"
in the JSS 3.0 build instructions, and follow the new NSS 3.2.1
build instructions, you should be able to build NSS 3.2.1 and
JSS 3.0.
