Don't need named pipes. Need unnamed pipes.

I just checked in sslmutex.h and sslmutex.c on the trunk, in
mozilla/security/nss/lib/ssl. I believe that sslmutex.c will build on your
platform, and will use the stubs. Please verify that for me on OpenVMS.
Other readers: Please verify that on OS/2 and OS/X as well. Thanks.
If you want to try to get one of the non-stubbed implementations to work
on your platform, please be my guest. Send me your diffs when you're done.
Thanks.
