How To Sign Email

There has to be a way to sign email in netscape 6. (mac version)

I got a new cert from thawte is shows up fine in my security manager

I just can't find an icon, or menu selection somewere to sign my email!!

in netscape 4.7, there was a lock in the "create email" window to click 
on in order to sign email.

How do I sign email in netscape 6
