There is no special installation procedure needed. The PSM 2 build instructions doc is thin because the meat is all in the Mozilla client build instructions doc, which is Step 2 in the PSM 2 build instructions. The only thing extra you need to do is Step 1: set BUILD_PSM2=1. Wan-Teh
