I'd suggest sci.crypt, one of the regular USENET newsgroups, not a
mozilla.org newsgroup. Get your algorithm vetted by the PhDs there,
and if it is an improvement over the existing prime number finding
algorithms, (i.e., if it's faster) the world will beat a path to
your door. :)
