how to encode and the data for CKM_RSA_X_509 mechanism in C_Sign and C_Decrept function?

Can anybody tell me how to encode the Passed data to C_Sign function
for signing using CKM_RSA_X_509 mechanism. And hot to decode the
decrpted data using CKM_RSA_X_509 mechanism for returing from
C_Decrypt function.
