Do these certificates have identical issuer names and serial numbers? Or, do they have identical subject names?
Please run these two commands and post the output in a followup message.
certutil -L -d . -n "Certificate Manager" certutil -L -d . -n "IID RA1:RA11's ID"
Or, alternatively, run these two commands:
certutil -L -d . -n "Certificate Manager" -a > certmgr.txt certutil -L -d . -n "IID RA1:RA11's ID" -a > ra11id.txt
and email those two text files to me (without the NOs and SPAMs). I'll see if I can figure it out.
