The Mozilla Foundation is incorporated in California as a
public-benefit corporation. It is attempting to obtain a
501(c)(3) status from the IRS so that donations to the Foundation
may be itemized as deductions by donors when filing their income
tax returns. Most definitely, that makes the Mozilla Foundation a
public charity.

I use Mozilla as my Web browser because I want a browser that
complies with Web standards. See <http://www.mozilla.org/>.
