I don't know if this is relevant, but with NS 6.1, I can import those same
CA certs, and trust purposes are not cleared after the import...
I'll bet it works with a brand new "profile" (brand new cert7.db and
key3.db files in psm 1.x, too.
I'll further guess that you've had a cert from this CA before, and now
they have a new CA cert, and you're trying to install the new CA cert
to replace the old one, yes? And both the old one and the new ones
have the same serial numbers, yes?
