Yes - I think the idea is that you have to run a rebuild() function whenever it changes, which ideally doesn't take a massively long time for a sensibly-sized database. Given that adding new certs is not an everyday occurrence for Joe User, it may not be as bad as it sounds.


But that's the limit of my understanding.
