After a while being busy with other things, I'm back to doing some Mozilla CA-related stuff again. I just entered a new bug 249710 relating to a request from Comodo Group to have their CA certificates included in Mozilla:

  http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=249710

I'll take this opportunity to apologize publicly to the Comodo folks: I actually knew about their request quite a while ago (late 2003?) but for some reason forgot to enter a bug for it when I did my earlier list of CA cert requests.

In any case, since Comodo Group has passed a WebTrust for CA audit I expect to approve their request under the current interim CA cert policy, unless anyone has strong and substantiated objections.

Frank

P.S. If I have time later this weekend I'll try to post an update on where we currently are with all the pending CA requests, and what comes next.
