As with Comodo, I'll take this opportunity to apologize publicly to the ESnet folks: I actually knew about their request quite a while ago (late 2003?) but for some reason forgot to enter a bug for it when I did my earlier list of CA cert requests.
ESnet has not been WebTrust for CA audited, so they'll go into the queue with the other un-audited CAs.
