programmatically import certs from pkcs12 file into Mozilla?

Is there a way to programmatically import certs from a pkcs12 file into 
Mozilla's Software Security Device (the built-in PKCS11 module) to 
bypass the Edit->Preferences->Privacy & Security->Certificates->Manage 
Certificates->Import process.  Something along the lines of Java's 
keytool command-line utility?
