To All- I've been experimenting with FireFox and found that with the more recent servers, its SSL is using 256 AES. Great.
Now the question I have is , is it possible to set the preferred algorithm in Thunderbird to also use AES for its S/MIME operations? What is the default symmetric algo used in Thunderbird? Some certs have the preference set in them as a first choice (often 3DES) and the MS mail clients can alert if the response is below that one..... I don't see any type of control in the TBird config windows but thought it may be hidden some where. Many thanks- Yours- Ridge Cook _______________________________________________ mozilla-crypto mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.mozilla.org/listinfo/mozilla-crypto
