The default password is probably the empty string. Please follow the following sequence: "Edit" menu -> "Preferences..." -> Expand "Privacy and Security" on the left -> "Certificates" -> Click on "Manage Security Devices" -> Select "NSS Internal FIPS PKCS #11 Module" -> Click on "Disable FIPS" -> Click on "OK".
