I am attempting to encrypt and sign e-mails with a Rainbow iKey2032 in Mozilla 1.7.3. I have loaded on the PKCS#11 module and when I try to import the certificates within mail it comes up with the error:
'Certificate Manager can not locate a valid certificate that can be digitally used to sign your messages'

In Preference/Privacy&Security/Certificates, what do you get when you run the certificate manager by itself ?

And if you run the Security Device Manager (the button next to Manage Certificate), is the iKey security module listed ?
Can you try to log to it ?

Can you transfert the certificate (or another one with exactly the same profile) to a PKCS#12 form, import it inside Mozilla, and check there that in that form it works well with Mozilla ?

If iKey correctly implement PKCS#11, and your software is correctly configured, there is no reason it would fail.
