Yes, JSS/NSS/NSPR is able to run on Red Hat
Enterprise Linux AS 3. We recently certified
the following combination on RHEL AS 3:
- NSPR 4.4.1
- DBM 1.61 (an internal component of NSS)
- NSS 3.9.3
- JSS 3.5.1
I'm sorry that we haven't been providing
new binaries on our download site.
By the way, RHEL 3 also uses the 2.4 Linux
kernel (with several enhancements backported
from the 2.6 kernel). But the 2.4 Linux
binaries on our download site were built
on Red Hat Linux Advanced Server 2.1.
