For this part :

Could you include a sample of importing a key pair ? I think it's only
possible from the encrypted pksc#8 format.
I wonder if it's possible to create the key structure from the raw
components, ask NSS to encrypt it with a compatible mechanism, and then
import the result. Or, as an enhancement to NSS, allow unencrypted pkcs#8.
