JCE 1.2.1 expires July 27th, 2005.

If you are still using JCE 1.2.1 with previous versions of JSS you will
need to upgrade to JDK 1.4.x or JDK 1.5.x.
You could choose to upgrade to to JCE 1.2.2 but that expires March 30, 2006
