it should be changed to
make nss_build_all
because this is much more common.
The official Windows builds of NSS are made with gmake from moztools and
the MKS toolkit, not cygwin . This is why the instructions talk about
gmake rather than make.
cygwin is supported too, but you need to use all the tools from cygwin
if you do, not a mix of tools from different sources.
