What about the Netscape-developed tools makedep.exe, txt2rc.exe, and waitfor.exe?  Do you know where these can be found?  The build instructions say they are located in the mozilla\cmd\winfe\mkfiles32 directory, but the mozilla\cmd directory did not come with the Directory C SDK source files that I downloaded.  Should it have?  I downloaded a zip file dated 12/31/98.  Is there anything more recent than that?
