Sure; the Mozilla LDAP C SDK contains one.  See
<http://www.mozilla.org/directory/csdk.html> for instructions on how
to check it out of CVS.  For best results, though, you can get a newer 
version by checking out with "-r LDAPCSDK_40_BRANCH" rather than with
the date tag suggested on that page.
