Netscape Ldap SDK build problem

Hey folks,

I'm just trying to build the Netscape Ldap SDK 4
and having some trouble with it:
- where can I get these GNU-Tools (rm.exe and
cp.exe) that are required?
- if I try to build anyway (without rm/cp) I get
strange errors like "constant expression
expected": why that?

Ok, first of all, I hope someone can tell me
where to get these tools or maybe the ldapjdk.jar-
File (I just need this)
