        Well as long as you do not need to migrate passwords, you OUGHT to be
able to LDIF out the iPlanet tree, and LDIF it into the NDS tree.  (Make
sure you use eDirectory, 8.5 at least!  LDAP works best in that version
set...  DS.NLM 85.12 if possible)
