algorithm for reading LDIF file

i have a ldif file for attributes as below

attributetypes: ( name-Oid NAME 'name' SYNTAX 
'1.3.6.1.4.1.1466.115.121.1.27' SINGLE-VALUE )

do you know if there's an algorithm for reading this and parse it in 
Java that i can get that is available out there?  if possible, if 
there's already a java class that i can get, that would be great. thanks
