Ldap password problem

Hie

My problem is that:

When i log to LDAP

Login Name: cn=Directory Manager
Password: password

everything goes right, but when I set my own password to userpassword
attribute and try to log in like:

Login Name: cn=Rami Huhtala
Password: my password

I cannot log in, where is the problem?
