ldap_pkcs_init examples

Hi,

we have been beaten by a trheading issue using ldap with ssl.  We have
read in NS docs that ldapssl_init has problems with threads, and that
ldap_pkcs_init should be used instead. But examples are missig.

Can someone provide a pointer to the examples or send an example ?
