Help!

I have been successfully running a database/directory synchronization
application using PERLDAP 1.4 and PERL 5.005_03 on an NT4 (SP6a) computer
day-in-day-out for the last year or so with no problems. Most cool. Of
course, I think I'm hot, so I try to install PERLDAP 1.4 on another NT
(SP6a) like I did the first time which worked.

The frist time I built API.DLL on a laptop with Visual Studio 6's C++ and
copied it and the pm files et al over to the production computer cause the
production box has no development tools. Now, I have tried the same trick
on two similar, freshly built NT's (like the first one) but I get an Access
Violation with Perl.exe (ActiveState's PERL 5.6.1) when I try to run
test_api/api.pl on both of the new NT's.

This, of course, is a bummer. Where have I've gone wrong? Thanks in
advance for your time and help.

John
