Hi. We are going to be implementing iPlanet Directory Server 5.1 in the next few months. The directory will contain user entries for both employees and external users. Is it wise to create two directory roots - one for internal and one for external? I know the deployment guide for iPlanet discusses having two directory roots dc=siroe,dc=com for staff and dc=siroeNet,dc=com for external users.
Also, any good resources that discuss LDAP directory design? Thanks, David
