PerlLDAP (Peoplesoft interface)

Hi,
Freinds, could please help in getting PerlLDAP module for syncing
Peoplesoft with LDAP.
Link  http://www.mozilla.org/directory/tools/ldaptools.html  with
download does not seems to be working.
