Mozilla LDAP C API Sample Make file winldap.mak. Where can I download it?

I downloaded the LDAP C API for Windows system.
But I cannt find the winldap.mak file as mentioned in the Readme file.
Can someome send me the make file and how to set the environment for a
MSVC++6.0 ?
