What do you mean : "except as per the LDAP standards."?

Can you tell me do the vendors extend the auxiliary object classes
defined in RFC 2587 and as I remember - implemented in iPlanet,
SecureWay and eDirectory, or some structural classes are defined in some
RFC

In draft-klasen-ldap-x509certificate-schema-00.txt a x509certificate
object class is described but i do not know does it exist in the schema
of any LDAP server .

Do you have any idea where can i read about usage of object classes when
LDAP servers are used as certificate stores
I really don't know. LDAP doesn't say much about it - whatever is in LDAP probably came from X.500. So you might look at what X.500 and X.509 say about it.

Thanks a lot again
