Hi,
I am a newbie to using both Outlook and Netscape Mail. In the Outlook we are using at work there is a global address list defined. In the properties of this address book the following entries are made: *********Start of MS Outlook entry Microsoft Exchange Address Book Provider servername.domain.name
The directory hierarchy path for this container is: \Global Address Book *********End of MS Outlook Entry
I have two questions. 1. How to translate this in Netscape mail for picking up all the address automatically so that the autocompletion address feature can be used like in MS Outlook.
2. When I try to give the above server name in the 'hostname' field while adding a new LDAP server to the Netscape mail and the \Global Address Book in the Bind DNS field, it does not show me any address data. The personal address book works correctly and I could import the Outlook contact details correctly, but what I need is the address completion feature from the addresses stored on the address provider.
Could someone please help me out with this. I would like to move completely from Outlook to Netscape/Mozilla. I had the same issues with Mozilla 1.4(the latest release) so I thought I would try Netscape to see if it works.
Thanks in advance,
Preet
