What we IMO desperately need is an introduction, a tutorial for 
end-users. It should explain, based on high-level tasks, how to use 
Navigator, Mailnews and Composer.

Ideally, it would be useful for both complete newbies who never hit the 
net and (former) users of other apps like MSIE/MSOE, Opera or Lotus Notes.
