I can think of two possible ways to organize images.

1. Create images directories for pages that need images

2. Any page that needs images becomes a directory on the backend
   side, holding all its images and an index.html. If it's already 
   a directory with an index, then the images go in that directory.

I think the second one effects a better organization.
