As much as I hate to say it, both these pages look like crap in IE.  I'm
still a bit new to HTML 4 so please forgive me if this is a dumb question,
but is it possible to use HTML 4.01 strict w/CSS 1 and/or 2 to make the page
look great in Mozilla (or any other browser that actually follows the
standards) and still be usable in IE (and possibly even NS 4.x)?
