I still don't exactly understand what you need?
There are many articles about the artchitecture of
Mozilla in www.mozilla.org/docs. What's not there
that you need?

If you're looking for a bird's eye view of the
whole thing - sorry. I know it's hard to believe,
but no one has bothered trying to do that. You
would think such a document existed from the
planning phase, but it's very much a "from the
ground-up" component architecure. In other words,
it's a bit random and no one understands the whole
thing. Think about it like a rain forest, with
many different species, all of which need to adapt
to their surroundings to survive.
