Will Skinnable Chrome Definition Documents (SCD) be something that
Mozilla will be using in the near future?  It's a great idea, and
something that theme authors will benefit.  There has been talk of
chrome libraries before, but this seems like a first practical step, on
the CSS end of things anyway.
