Hello,
If no one objects, I'm planning to start converting documents at
www.mozilla.org into valid HTML 4.01 Strict.
I noticed that in many documents, the first heading is completely in
lower case. I guess it is a stylistic decision made in 1998. However, in
my opinion the abnormal capitalization doesn't look hip or cool but
looks more like a mistake. Does anyone object, if I also make the
heading capitalization compliant with the usual English rules when I
convert a page into Strict?
