Gerv, glad to see it in place.

I have to give a "me too" for /all/ of Tim Rowley's comments below -
there's a lot that should go. Not because they take up space, but
because superfluous elements on every page make navigation very confusing.

But until there is a basic structure in place to navigate, there won't
be a way to get a feel for how well it works. I'd suggest populating
the site with at a folder structure based roughly on the
*www.mozilla.org URI structure* and *LT: URI hierarchy* threads
([EMAIL PROTECTED]">news://news.mozilla.org:119/[EMAIL PROTECTED] &
[EMAIL PROTECTED]">news://news.mozilla.org:119/[EMAIL PROTECTED]). Even if the
folders are empty, it gives an idea. Don't spend time trying to get a
final final structure - there lies the way to madness. Just get
something up & let it get shuffled around over time, otherwise it will
never happen.

The URI structure isn't the only issue. Focus on the front page.
Content, /top level links/ & the navigational elements. The front page
should always have the most important info on it - so go news & how to
get involved should be there.
