Situation has gone from bad to worse. Now moz.zope.org appears to be
offline entirely; call for the home page from that site returns error
msg "document contains no data" (in fact this has been the case since
Sunday, i've been trying for 3 days to make my humble contribution to
the documentation effort there - thanks to Gerv & Fabian for extending
appropriate perm's :-)

I figure this must mean either good news (i.e. the site is being
upgraded) or else bad news (i.e. the project has been abandoned). Can
anybody relieve the suspense on this front?
