I am making a Wiki for us to experiment with and do with what we will
(as soon as I figure out how to make freezope do permissions it will be
online and ready to go). This may help soften the debate, as people
will be able to create monolithic entry pages as they choose.

Doesn't that point to us using one or the other? I think it's a bad
idea to waste time on both unless we have a technical system that helps
us keep both up to date. Freshness *is* important. Document indexes
die with a whimper when people find them useless or unmaintained.
