How appropriate that the problematic of internationalization arises 
in a docs thread! Since PC has come into force, things have gotten
no simpler. Though I'm from a family that left France for this side 
of the Atlantic nearly 400 years ago, or pehaps because of that, I 
side with Gerv here.
