Frankly, I think the site layout for Mozilla is okay, but the organization is terrible. It is hard for the end-user to navigate the site. Many of the questions in the newsgroup are easily answered by the 1.0 Start FAQ, but the Start FAQ isn't on http://www.mozilla.org/faq.html and many more pages are deeply buried in mozilla.org. Is something going to be done to remedy this? What's the point of documenation when people can't find it.
