Eh, scratch that about breaking it up into separate documents. It's impractical to create a list of every single piece of documentation on mozilla.org, especially when some projects have compiled clearinghouses of documentation. My new (highly incomplete) page will have the name of the project, contact info, a link to a list of documentation for that project (if any), and a column for needed updates.
Now that I think about it, I'm probably going to split the document up into several. Then, I'll post a "Help Wanted" ad into this newsgroup. That way, new people who are interested will automatically have something to do.
