I did some research. Turns out this could be handle with Perl and a simple database (read: text) file.
Now, new questions:
Would Mozilla be willing to adopt this sort of page?
Where can I find a qualified Perl programmer who could create this for me? (It would take months if I tried to do this all by myself.)
