Every time we discuss what to do about documentation, someone comes along and says that there's a magical new tool that will solve our problem - an application server, a Wiki or whatever. I'm not convinced. I think the right approach is to spend less time setting up the infrastructure, and more time actually writing documentation. When there's enough of it to need organising, it'll get organised.
