I'm trying to recycle stuff from the newsgroups to quickly patch up FAQs for general, wishlist, qa, and documentation newsgroups. I also intend to make a call-for-help announcement. The FAQ and announcement will be posted in alternating weeks. Mozilla is getting popular among end users, and we need to better exploit this trend. Comments, suggestions re how we can get end users to help welcome.
