I can fill out the "CVS Contributor Form". If you give me your o.k. i submit a rquest by following http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/getting-cvs-write-access.html and hopefully get write access. ;)
Also, due to the nature of a few pages, you will need to file a bug against the page owner instead of updating the page yourself.
