I'm trying to work on a HTML strict, table-less design for mozilla.org.  
Could you take a look at 
http://www.cherokeescouting.org/OtherUnits/Troop545IIN/default.html

Issues:
* Make body padding-bottom go all the way to bottom if content is less 
than 100%.
* Get rid of right margins/paddings in navigation list.

Any other problems or ideas or solutions?
